Shipping Policy

Currently Big Kahuna Creationz is only shipping small/non-furniture items. We are working on expanding to larger items. Please inquire about specifics. We do offer local delivery within 75 miles from Bristol, NY. (Fees May Apply)

Return Policy

If you have any issues with your items contact us and if it is due to faulty craftsmanship we will repair or replace your item. These items will need to be evaluated. Issues due to normal wear and tear and user error are not eligible for return. If possible, repairs can be quoted.
