After many years leading his company to success, he fondly and respectfully became known as the Big Kahuna at work.  He taught Tim the meaning of hard work and dedication in all facets of his life.  When Tim was growing up, he and Mike worked together on many projects. One of Tim's favorites was his annual pinewood derby car.  It was always a strong contender! One of the most memorable lessons Mike taught Tim was that whatever it is that he chose to do, whatever that "thing" was, be sure that it made him happy and that he always did his best.  Tim is a creative visionary and always has been. With a new passion for using upcycled and reclaimed materials and a keen eye for unique design, he is venturing into a new path where his creativity knows no bounds.  He has found that "thing" that makes him happy.  His dedication to crafting beautiful, rustic furniture and decor from repurposed materials is not only inspiring, but also making a positive impact on the environment.  He is constantly learning and pushing to try new things in his creative endeavors.
